These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Medula.ai platform (the "Platform") and the services offered by Medula.ai (the "Services"). Medula.ai is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) company registered in India that provides tools for users to set up their own e-commerce stores and integrate their preferred payment providers for transactions.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, then you may not access or use the Platform. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Platform.

2. User Accounts

You may be required to create an account ("Account") to access certain features of the Platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account information, including your password, and for all activity that occurs under your Account. You agree to notify Medula.ai immediately of any unauthorized use of your Account or any other security breach. Medula.ai reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account for any reason, at any time, without notice.

3. Use of the Platform

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Platform:

• In a way that violates any applicable law or regulation.
• For the purpose of exploiting, harming, or threatening others.
• To transmit, store, or upload any content that is infringing, obscene, defamatory, or otherwise unlawful.
• To interfere with the security of the Platform or any other system.
• To attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform or any other system.

4. Payment Processing

The Platform allows you to integrate your preferred payment provider for transactions within your e-commerce store. You are solely responsible for any fees associated with your chosen payment provider. Medula.ai does not handle or store any financial information directly.

5. Third-Party Services

The Platform may integrate with or contain links to third-party websites or services. Medula.ai is not responsible for the content or practices of any third-party websites or services. Your use of any third-party website or service is subject to the terms and conditions of that website or service.

6. Intellectual Property

The Platform and all its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the property of Medula.ai or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not modify, publish, distribute, transmit, reproduce, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of Medula.ai.

7. Disclaimer

The Platform is provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Medula.ai disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Medula.ai does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. You use the Platform at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

Medula.ai shall not be liable for any damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

9. Termination

Medula.ai may terminate your access to the Platform at any time, for any reason, without notice. You may also terminate your access to the Platform at any time.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pimpri-Chinchwad, Maharashtra, India.

11. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Medula.ai regarding the use of the Platform.

12. Changes to Terms

Medula.ai reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on the Platform. You are advised to review these Terms periodically for any changes. Your continued use of the Platform after the revised Terms are posted will mean your acceptance of the changes.
